The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Visitor Center and close to all the action in Wadi Musa. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the rooms have all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offers a decent selection of continental options to start your day.
The hotel could improve the internet connection in the bedrooms.

the staff were helpful and friendly and their breakfast included a few continental options. Although basic, our tilled room was reasonably clean and quite large. the bathroom had no signs of mould and the provided kettle was great to make hot drinks. I appreciated the availability of UK plugs and the staff's effort to accommodate our early breakfast request.
There were not many outlets available and some of them didn't even work in our room.
